Delivery

We will show you an estimated delivery time in days on every bed, but the final delivery time will depend on whereabouts in the UK we need to deliver to.

Mainland UK shipping charges are £39 for any Stompa bed and accessory order. Remote parts of the UK may incur additional delivery charges - we will contact you to agree.

Returns

You have the same rights when buying a bed from us as you do when buying from a regular high street shop.

We provide a 14 day money back guarantee period. If you do not like your bed or if it is damaged in some way, we will replace it or cancel the order, whichever you prefer, and refund the full sales price of the product.

NB: Of course we can not offer a refund on a bed that's been assembled and used but there is nothing wrong with it as the bed is then second-hand and unsaleable.
